Rolls-Royce Corniche IV

Made for 15 years from 1971, the Corniche was the land-yacht of choice. Whilst it became wider, longer and heavier through the generations, the familiar 6.75 litre V8 remained.

With a total of 219 Mark IV models produced, and with the extraordinary option list available to any prospective owner by the Crewe team at the time, then it's likely that no two cars will be completely the same.

Improvements over earlier Corniches were airbags for those in the front, CFC-free air conditioning and a new hood mechanism that alleviated any previous manual efforts with a glass rear screen that fitted flush when closed.
